Unfavored Conditions for Laminate Porcelain Application
- Gum treatment should be applied first for those with unhealthy gums.
- It is not a suitable treatment method for individuals who have lost most of their teeth.
- If the enamel structure of the tooth is lost, the person would not be eligible. Bonding agents that adhere the laminates hold onto the enamel. If there is little or no enamel on the tooth, adhesion problem may occur.
- It is not suitable for use in individuals whose teeth have been previously cut.
