First Dental Examination

It is a healthy decision for your child to visit the dentist around their first birthday. The purpose of the visit is to get to know the physician and the staff, and to make your child feel comfortable there. The first visit creates trust in the child and helps them to be peaceful in a warm and comfortable environment. This will also make subsequent visits easier. In line with the permission of the physician, the child should be allowed to sit on the lap of the mother or father while in the interview room during the first visit.

Children should be encouraged to talk and relax in order not to experience any fear or anxiety.
