Dr. Med. Dent Cem Caniklioğlu
Graduated in 1992 from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry, Dr. Med. Dent Cem Caniklioğlu started to work as an orthodontic assistant in the Department of Orthodontics of the same university in 1993. In 1998, he received a scholarship from Istanbul University to study lingual orthodontics at Temple University in the United States of America. In 1999, Dr. Cem Caniklioğlu completed his doctoral education and passed the exams of the European Society of Lingual Orthodontics (ESLO) and the World Society of Lingual Orthodontics (WSLO) in 2003 and gained the right to become an active member of these associations. Dr. Cem Caniklioğlu, who conducted clinical and scientific studies on lingual orthodontics at Istanbul University Department of Orthodontics between 2000-2006, started to work as a freelance orthodontist since 2007. Dr. Cem Caniklioğlu is recognized by the European Society of Lingual Orthodontics (ESLO) as one of the doctors who can apply this technique in Turkey. Dr. Cem Caniklioğlu has patents on the lingual technique, as well as articles published in Turkey and abroad on the subject, as well as papers and courses given.
